I was impressed by the helpful staff. They quickly resolved an issue with my air conditioning. The team provided some benefits the next day, which I appreciated. The welcome gift for our honeymoon was a nice surprise. I found the watersports rentals easily accessible. They had boats and SUP boards.

The food options could be expanded as the menu seemed repetitive.

The rooms were spacious. There was enough space for luggage. The staff at the Medley bar gave GREAT service, especially Ashwan, the bartender. He looked after us very WELL.

The day i arrived, there was no one to welcome me. I did not know what to do. The dinner buffet was a shame to italian cuisine. The only decent food on the menu had an extra cost though that was below average.
